Honoring Juneteenth: Freedom, Healing, and Mental Health

Juneteenth is more than a historic milestone—it’s a powerful reminder of resilience, community, and the ongoing journey toward healing.

As we celebrate freedom, let’s also acknowledge the importance of mental wellness, especially in communities that have endured generational trauma. Cultural celebration and community connection can be powerful forms of therapy.

If you or someone you know needs support, the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7. Just dial 988 to talk with a trained counselor.

Let’s honor the past and build a healthier, more hopeful future—together.
