Our awards program winner of the week is Minal Patel! Minal is a pediatric with Pediatric Group in Fresno, CA. While we could speak to the amazing things Minal does each day, we'll let her nominator's words say it even better:

"Minal never takes 'no' as an answer. She never gives up and won’t let others give up, either. She has achieved so much in her pediatric career, growing from a bedside nurse, doing inpatient nursing, outpatient care, and home care while getting her master's and doctorate degrees, raising her family, and working full time. She serves on the board of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and mentors and precepts students passionately. Pediatric nursing is her passion!"

Fun fact: Minal is a winner of our program for the second year in a row! Amazing nurses deserve regular recognition! Thanks for what you do, Minal 💜
