Our calendar for August and September is here. Please note that there will be no classes on Labor Day, Monday, September 1st, but class on Saturday of that weekend (July 30th) will be held as usual. Also, there will be no Chair yoga classes on Wednesday, August 20 and Wednesday, September 17.

Dear Friends of the Yoga Center of Fresno,
Attached, please find our February 2025 calendar. You’ll notice a few changes.
As of March 2025, we will be raising our rates. Please note: You have the option to lock in savings during the month of February by signing up for 3, 6, or 12 months at the old rates.
On another note, we are excited to announce the addition of Chair Yoga to our schedule on Wednesday mornings at 9:30am, starting February 12. In this practice poses (asana) are done while seated in a chair, with some options for supported standing poses (using the wall or the back of the chair). Benefits associated with Chair Yoga include increased range of motion, strength, balance, and reduced stress. Despite being in a chair, it is a full body practice, just as valid and engaging as a mat practice. We hope you come and discover the possibilities!
