Top Guard Training is a team of four California lifeguard trainers - Jerry and Sarah Reid, Jason Rich, and Mike Bowman. We also specialize in In-Service Training, crisis management, water safety, and team building. We pride ourselves with over 30 years of combined lifeguard and aquatics training. Today, we're giving a big shoutout to a few Rockstars🤘 from our early years — AJ, Ashley, Matt, and Dom.🎉

If you took a course between 2015 and 2019, chances are these incredible instructors played a key role in delivering the excellence our Red Cross Lifeguard courses are known for‼️

Though they’ve moved on to new chapters in life, we’re forever grateful for their mentorship, dedication, and the lasting impact they made on every student who came through our program.

Our shoutout today goes to Hannah Gish🙌

Hannah has done every position, at just about every facility, Top Guard has managed over the years. She started as a lifeguard at Sequoia Lake camp, became the Operations Manger and helped successfully navigate our program at Woodward Lake.

We are so thankful for years mentoring new leaders and being a person we can always count on.
