I have started to journey again on a regular basis. I am called to deepen my shamanic practices. To uptake my ancestral healing lines and bring them into fruition in this present moment, this present embodiment. I hold ancient wisdom that is knocking on my souls door. I have spent my life co-creating my human journey with my spirits mission here. I got caught in the human trap for years and it tore me apart. I am bringing my warrior to the table and she is fierce with compassion and action inspired with deep purpose! I played small out of fear of others opinions and it nearly quelched my fire. I almost believed them... she's just crazy...
The only thing crazy in this world is the sleep walkers. Nothing scares me, but those do concern me. Hence, one of my missions is to encourage awakening and enlightenment by shining my own divine light and sharing my story...

This sacred sound bath is held to honor our ancestors. We will have a small alter space in front of the sound healing instruments where you may lay your loved one's photo, or fave goody in their honor. We will say a gratitude prayer and  then float away on sound bath bliss for 60 minutes. The remainder of our time will be shared over a snack and chit chat, sharing about our ancestors and our own lives! We honor those who came before us. Blessings
Please bring whatever you want to make you the most comfortable for an hour of laying or sitting on the floor. A mat, blanket, and eye mask are recommended.
