Exploring Dinacaryā - When we set out to establish any kind of daily practice or routine we are not only participating in a series of activities or tasks but also creating a container through which we hold structure and rhythm in our daily lives. Often when we maintain a practice or routine regularly, they start to hold an elevated space where they transform into our own personal rituals.

In Āyurveda, the application of daily practices that promote vital physical and mental health are known as Dinacaryā. Dinacaryā practices include activities that are done upon waking, in self care, for digestive maintenance, grounding physical activities, and much much more.

In Exploring Dinacaryā : Āyruveda and Daily Practice with Elizabeth Cunningham Bossart you will be introduced to a wide range of dinacharya practices over 8 weeks with the intention of discovering the right dinacharya for you so that you can begin to build your own daily rhythm upon which you can develop and maintain svastha-vrtta, healthy self sufficiency.

Exploring Dinacaryā meets live for 75 minutes every Thursday at 3:30PT/6:30ET starting Thursday June 29th through Thursday August 17th. The recordings of each session are included in enrollment.
