🌿 About the Owner

With over 20 years of experience in the home healthcare industry, Kristie Brown has dedicated her career to building and leading organizations that provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in their homes. Her background spans business development, agency startups, operational leadership, and the management of multiple healthcare and therapy-focused businesses.

Kristie also owns and operates a therapy staffing company, supporting home health agencies with skilled clinical professionals and reliable coverage. She is deeply committed to serving aging and vulnerable communities, believing that patients deserve care that is not only clinically excellent, but delivered with dignity, respect, and heart.

A proud United States Air Force veteran, Kristie served as a Public Health Journeyman in support of Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm, with duty stations at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri and Kadena Air Base in Japan. Her military service continues to shape her leadership style, grounded in accountability, service, and mission-driven care.

Kristie believes the best healthcare organizations are built with strong systems and genuine compassion, ensuring both operational excellence and meaningful patient experiences.

Outside of healthcare, Kristie enjoys gardening, cooking, staying active, and traveling to tropical destinations. She treasures time spent with her family, children, and grandbabies, loves attending concerts, and has a special appreciation for classic muscle cars and car shows.

She also raises Monarch butterflies and is passionate about conservation. Kristie recently applied for a USDA Conservation grant as part of her goal to establish a Monarch butterfly farm—combining environmental stewardship, education, and sustainability.
