Saying “see you later” is never easy… especially to someone as special as Haley. These last two years, Haley has been such a ray of sunshine at Flawless — bringing her bubbly spirit, kindness, laughter, and heart into everything she does. She’s been a friend, a teammate, and truly part of our Flawless family.

While we’re sad to see her go, we are so thankful for the memories, the laughs, and the impact she’s made on each of us (and so many of you!). We can’t wait to cheer her on in all the amazing things ahead.

We’ve updated our booking policy—effective immediately.

Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, all services must now be paid in full at the time of booking, whether online or in person. This replaces our $50 - $100 deposit system and helps ensure smoother scheduling and respect for our providers’ time.

⏰ Please note:
Cancellations within 24 hours, No-shows or arriving 15+ minutes late may result in forfeiture of your full service fee.

We understand that emergencies happen—one exception per year may be granted in those cases.
