This client came to me seeking help to correct lip filler that had been done by another injector. Her lips were lumpy, uneven, and protruded excessively, creating a “duck lip” appearance.

My approach to correction included:
1. Vertical injections to increase lip height without adding excess volume, while maintaining balanced proportions.
2. Horizontal injections to smooth out the uneven, lumpy areas.

She was extremely pleased with the final result.
