Welcome to Bay Area Pilates TX

We are a full service studio located at the center of Friendswood. We have Reformer, Spring Wall, and Pilates Mat Classes. We offer private and semi-private training with individualized workouts to achieve our clients' needs and goals. Our group classes offer challenging workouts on a wide range of variety and equipment.

Our instructors are fully trained on all of our pilates equipment. We are certified and continue to study and learn in order to serve our clients' need. We focus on proper form and technique while executing movements so our clients achieve the best benefits and results.
