Such tragic news that hit close to home. Our prayers are with everyone involved. 🙏🏼

We are heartbroken as devastating floods have swept through Central Texas. Our hearts go out to the families and communities impacted as well as the first responders risking their lives to save others. We are praying everyone returns home.

Summer wants to remind you to wear your sunglasses this summer to protect your eyes from the sun’s harmful UV rays. 😎

Some tips for sunglasses:
-Polarized sunglasses offer more protection and sharper vision than tinted sunglasses.
-Make sure the sunglasses are 100% protective against UVA and UVB rays.
-Gray and brown are the most common shades. Gray is darker and more protective, while brown is more contrasty (e.g. shows green trees/grasses better).

March is Workplace Eye Wellness Month. To prevent eye strain at the computer, take a break and follow the 20/20/20 rule. To prevent workplace eye injuries, remember to wear proper eye protection.

We are enjoying our new glasses! Both of our frames are from Match Eyewear, an independent company producing quality frames made in Italy (Hoan’s frame: Helium 4489 gray; Dr. Tran’s frame: Adrienne Vittadini 1312 burgundy). Both of our lenses contain Essilor’s top-tier digital, blue-light blocking lenses (Hoan’s lenses: Varilux XR; Dr. Tran’s lenses: Eyezen+ 3).
