✨ 3–6 Month Feeding Milestones ✨

Your child might start to:
• Reach for a spoon while being fed
• Open their mouth when presented with a spoon
• Close their mouth firmly or turn their head away when full
• Hold their head up when seated
• Accept infant cereal, purees, and meltable solids
• Mouth and gum soft solid foods
• Move food to the back of their tongue to swallow
• Begin getting their first teeth 🦷

Designed for children ages 5–12, this multisensory group experience helps kids build confidence and curiosity around food through hands-on activities, cooking, and playful exposure to new flavors! 🌈🥒🍌

✨ Kids will:
🍴 Explore featured foods in fun, engaging ways
👩‍🍳 Practice cooking skills
🤝 Build confidence in trying new foods
🎨 Participate in sensory-rich group activities

📅 Sessions available June–July
⏰ 12PM–1PM

Between 48–60 months (4–5 years old), many children begin developing stronger hand coordination, independence, and everyday functional skills.

🖍️ Use a tripod grasp when drawing
🎨 Color within the lines
🔺 Copy simple shapes
✍️ Copy their own name
🧩 Complete 10+ piece puzzles
🛝 Climb on playground equipment
✂️ Use scissors to cut out simple shapes
👕 Complete fasteners (buttons, zippers, etc.)

These skills help support success with handwriting, dressing, play, and classroom participation!

If you have concerns about your child’s fine motor development, an occupational therapy evaluation can help identify strengths and areas needing support. 🌟
