From one extreme to another! Took a much needed trip to the ocean this month. First coastal trip in over 10 yrs!

What an amazing Main Street in Frisco, CO 14yr experience! October 1st was the 14th anniversary of acquiring Trinity Wellness Studio. The outside signs were the last remaining items we gathered today.

Although the location space has been sold, Trinity Wellness Studio will continue to be in operation, awaiting the completion of the new location in Spring of 2025.

In the interim, I will be offering all of my coaching services as well as private sessions for Pilates, yoga, and massage. Please reach out to the website (in bio) to learn more and for contact info as well.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout the past 14 years, and I am looking forward to the next phase of Trinity Wellness!

Happy Leap Year from Trinity Wellness Studio!

The extra day keeps calendars and seasons from gradually falling out of sync and impacting harvesting, planting, and other cycles based on the seasons. Without Leap Days, in 100 years, calendars would be 24 days off. Hope you enjoyed your extra day of 2024! 🙂
