Treisha Peterson, Coaching & Family Life Educator Motherhood is hard, being a Mom doesn't have to be. I help women and moms transcend family transitio Hey, I am so glad you are here! This is who I am.

Cozy up, grab a cup of coffee, tea, or lemonade- in this space, you do YOU!! My name is Treisha and I am definitely a happy blend of science and woo woo! I have a PhD in Family Studies and some pretty awesome training in trauma sensitive yoga and mindfulness. Oh, yeah, I am also a mother of six children. I guide moms and women out of the shame/guilt/self-blame narrative into hope, grace, and love. I support moms in putting the pieces back together when life seems to have fallen apart. well, let's be honest, we silence our stories because of the shame, blame, and guilt that (too often) makes the weight on our shoulders that much heavier! I support women who are mothers, friends, sisters, aunts, and neighbors as we learn the skills and tools to sit with and nurture one another through the doubts and fears that are often a BIG part of the maternal role. This is what I do. No story too big, no emotion off limits. No judgement, No shame. If this sounds like something you want, HOORAY, I am so glad you are here.
