Well, let me tell you that you live life in front of you. So that means that your back isn’t the problem. The muscles feel so tight and hard to the touch not because they’re “short” but because they’re too long. Let's talk REHAB.

One of the biggest mistakes someone can make while rehabbing an injured area of their body, is stopping the work when the pain stops. It's AMAZING when you get to the point of pain-free! But this is NOT an indicator of complete healing. KEEP GOING! You need to make sure you're addressing the root cause of the injury and following the plan through to completion. Pain-free is great, but it is not the end goal.. Complete restoration, freedom of movement and a healthy body is the end goal!
