Omg! I’m so guilty of this! I can go to a code, bag a body and then go to lunch like it’s a normal thing. But if you take my pen, I’m losing my 💩. It’s so weird - the nursing world. It does take a strong person to endure what we endure. But you also need that compassion to advocate for our patients .... and our pen 🤦🏻‍♀️😂😍

I love flowers 💐. They always uplift my spirit and sets the tones in my house. I tend to gravitate to white flowers and lots of green. These colors carry such profound meaning.

Green represents abundance, renewal, growth and nature. It is a harmonizing, balancing and calming. Green is a healing color that gives healing energy to the heart.

White is thought to be a very high vibrational color, relating to pure light. White symbolizes wisdom, purity, as well as healing capabilities, divine connection, and higher consciousness.

It’s your day Rocko King. ❤️❤️ It’s national puppy day. This chunks has been by my side since 2018. He came to me when my heart was still aching with the passing of my first furbaby Brooklyn Santana. Hubby wanted him and i gifted him as a wedding gift. But he was more than gift. He was the piece missing for our little family. 3 years old and he still loves to cuddle, belly rubs, walks, tuff chewing toys and homemade treats. Not to mention, loves to hear the door ring so he can bark like a madman 😂🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🙈.

Ahhhh... Spring 🌺😍 The temperature is rising, the clocks moved forward, and we’re moving more outside nowadays. Just a 15 minute walk outside can do so much for your health.

Sunlight is essential for human health and well-being. The health benefits of ☀️sunlight include generating the production of vitamin D, supporting bone health, lowering blood pressure, preventing disease, and promoting good mental health —- it’s helps raise our serotonin and dopamine levels 📶 🤓

I’m changing the narrative on my health. Same goals but different approach. I’m re-adjusting my lens - no longer focusing on the end result but now focusing on being in the moment. We get so caught up on the end results. I have learned that a negative trait about me is perfectionism. That feeling that IF I complete this and lose that THeN I can do This and celebrate that. This trait can lead to and sometimes get entangled with procrastination. Also not a good thing but I admit this fault as well. So as I’m working on releasing this learned negative traits, I will take my health journey one step at a time. Just show up and celebrate the small things because each small task adds up to larger feats and accomplishments.

The pieces are falling together. .... As a nurse, I’m all about educating, equipping and empowering women to feel their best in health and now I can also provide a solution to have them look their best right now. .. . I mean, who doesn’t want to work out looking cute?! I’m talking high quality fitness athleisure & every day pieces. All exclusive limited apparel with once a week drops. A commUnity of other women empowering and elevating other women. This vision is big! Real big but my God is bigger. Stay tuned....
