New therapist joins Warrior Psychotherapy Services!
We are thrilled to welcome Brianna Lauffer to the Warrior Psychotherapy team! With a deep passion for helping individuals grow and heal, Brianna brings over a decade of social work experience and a strong foundation in supporting clients through life’s challenges.
Brianna received her Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in music from James Madison University in 2013 and her Master of Social Work from Western New Mexico University in 2017. Since 2014, she has worked in a variety of settings, including child welfare, supporting survivors of domestic violence, and medical social work. Brianna has spent the last five years working in the dialysis setting, providing vital social work services to individuals navigating the challenges of kidney disease and dialysis treatment. This experience has deeply shaped her therapeutic approach, allowing her to connect with and support individuals who are facing complex health issues and life transitions.
Brianna is now excited to bring her expertise to Warrior Psychotherapy Services, where she focuses primarily on helping adults manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Brianna’s experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of how chronic illness, major life changes, health transitions, and long-term care needs can affect a person’s mental and emotional well-being. Her approach to therapy at Warrior Psychotherapy Services incorporates these insights, enabling her to support individuals through life transitions, health challenges, and the emotional complexities of managing both mental and physical health.
Brianna is currently offering services with private pay options, and there's also a waiting list for when she can accept insurance in the near future.
