Transformational Breathwork is a specific technique that connects mind, body and spirit in a quest for alignment, regulations and upgrading.

Our breath is the most simple yet radical act of self love and presence we practice. Join me this coming Friday night for an incredible alchemizing and empowering evening of connecting not just with your breath-but with your very soul.

Rooted in the holistic integration of body, mind, and spirit.Full diaphragmatic breathing is central to this ceremony. This technique encourages you to breathe deeply, fully engaging the diaphragm Facilitating deep, therapeutic breathing that enhances lung capacity and promotes emotional release and spiritual insight- gently integrating emotional baggage stored in the body for years. This is crucial for healing past traumas and moving forward with greater freedom and ease.

During and after the ceremony you will experience higher states of consciousness, clarity and insight. Creativity, inspiration and joy are reborn and reclaimed with our vital breath!

This ceremony will occur monthly is limited to 6 individuals. It begins 5pm (around sunset so will start later as the season change) and lasts around 2 hours. No experience is required, but pre booking is essential. Wear comfy clothes, bring a mat and a water bottle, and arrive on an empty stomach (no food 3 hours priors please).

I guess you could say I’ve been around 😘🤷🏻‍♀️😊

But seriously—I’ve seen things, tried things, studied things, learned things, unlearned things, taught things, grieved things, celebrated things, created things, and destroyed things all over this wild, spinning planet. And guess what? It only brought me back to where I started, my home state and a town I LOVED visiting as a child, Front Royal.

Im Jessyca, The founder and creative lead of With Grace & Joy. I have a 20+ year career in teaching and yoga and then later adding sound healing, Breathwork, shamanism, aryuveda, human design, qi gong, dance, coaching, personal training, reiki and more…and have been running my own retreats for over a decade all over the world! But enough about me!

Front Royal is getting its FIRST boutique Wellness Studio & Retreat Center 509 Morgan Ford Rd on the stunning Royal Horse Shoe Farms Property.

Beyond the weekend women’s retreats Ive been leading in the area for years, Im finally offering public classes and sound healing session. Weekday classes—mornings and evenings—plus kids’ classes, sound healing, breathwork ceremonies, massage, Reiki, red light therapy, community events, workshops, monthly One Day retreats (starting January 11th), and yes—Yoga Teacher and Healing Therapy Trainings.
