This year has been a little wild. Maybe yoga should be, too?

Join us for Farm Fun Yoga, led by Ruby Yoga LLC. You'll be tucked amongst the beautiful backdrop of Sitka Spruce Farms where we'll interact with goats, donkeys, and alpacas. Our meditative yoga practice will leave us recharged and nourished as we move towards the holiday season. A time of psychoeducation and reflection will focus on slowing down and setting a mindful pace before we cuddle with the animals and take photos!

We’re so thankful to our volunteers and partners! This week Navy Federal Credit Union sent an incredible team of volunteers to prepare a room for an incoming family. They also organized our clothing closet! Apple Valley Dental Group also donated toothpaste for our hygiene kits. Thank you to everyone in our community who makes what we do possible!!
