I specialize in abdominal and pelvic wellness as a Certified Arvigo® Practitioner, Arvigo® Self-Care Teacher, national and state licensed massage therapist, Feminine Focused Health Coach, and birth doula. All services and workshops I
offer focus on holistic aspects for overall health: nutrition, physical activity, menstrual cycle analysis, stress and anxiety levels, social health, emotional and mental balance, spiritual fulfillment, as well as significant past events or traumas. My favorite aspect, and a vital component of all my services, is teaching you self-care techniques, protocols, and other supportive modalities. My goal is to inspire, encourage, and educate you to be able to take your health into your own hands by using those self-care tools to help yourself heal at home. My hope for you is that those self-care practices become a life-long process in achieving overall life balance.
