ClearHorizon Forensic and Counseling Group is proud to share the initial impact of our newly opened Front Royal office during its first 30 days of service. These milestones reflect our continued commitment to expanding access, supporting underserved populations, and creating employment opportunities within the communities we serve.

Programmatic Impact

✅ 32 New Patients Enrolled in Outpatient Services
Our team successfully onboarded 32 individuals into our outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse treatment programs, offering comprehensive care through therapy, case management, and support groups.

✅ 10 Individuals Enrolled in Health Insurance
We assisted 10 uninsured patients in obtaining health coverage, removing financial barriers to consistent, high-quality care.

✅ 12 Patients Received Medication Management Services
Through our integrated care model, 12 patients accessed psychiatric and medication management services to support treatment adherence and symptom stabilization.

Community Investment & Staffing Expansion

👥 New Case Management Coordinator Hired
We are pleased to announce the hiring of a full-time Case Management Coordinator to lead, streamline, and enhance service delivery for individuals requiring wraparound supports.

🌟 Two Local Staff Members Onboarded
In alignment with our commitment to community empowerment, we welcomed two new staff members from the Front Royal/Warren County area, strengthening local workforce development and reinforcing culturally attuned care.
