Frostburg Rehab Center wishes everyone a Happy New Year!

Santa’s helpers have been busy daily in his workshop at Frostburg Rehab Center, playing games such as "Do you want to build a snowman, or an igloo?" Using only chopsticks, marshmallows, and a little creativity. They also gathered to create lovely Christmas cards to distribute to their family and friends. One resident organized getting cards signed for our Volunteer Pastors that so graciously minister every Sunday afternoon at 2pm, as well as for the Priest that comes monthly to hold Catholic Mass and communion. Our Residents would like to wish you and yours a Very Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year!

We are all ready for Santa’s arrival at Frostburg Rehab Center. The assignment was to deck the halls and staff accepted graciously and did a magnificent job bringing a little bit of home to our community for Christmas. The decorations have brought many smiles to the faces of our residents and their families.

We gathered and crafted snowmen to hang on our doors at Frostburg Rehab Center. A fun time was had by all as we crafted, sang Carols and reminisced of Christmas’ past.

Frostburg Rehab Center employees donated food items, and were able to fill 10 boxes to be donated to families residing within the community of Frostburg. It is a blessing to be able to provide meals for families for Christmas. Thanks to all involved!

Staff and families donated items for the residents to have a day of shopping on Black Friday at Frostburg Rehab Center! Residents came to the activity room to shop for a variety of gifts. Thank you to all that made this a great experience for all of our residents. They were very grateful for all of the beautiful items!

We spent the month of November at Frostburg Rehab Center counting our many blessings! Residents and staff decorated index cards and wrote what they were thankful for. These make up our "Grateful Wall". Now onto a very busy month of December stay tuned for an overload of pictures from our upcoming Christmas decorating and programs!

We enjoyed a wonderful program of Thanksgiving with Southern gospel hymns at Frostburg Rehab Center. The Winebrenner’s Gospel Group are always well received with a dining room full of residents singing along to the ever familiar hymns!

We celebrated a day of thanks at Frostburg Rehab Center with an employee potluck dinner. We have so much to be thankful for! A big thank you to our staff for your dedication and having a servants heart to provide care to our residents and their families! Thank you to our administrative team for the planning and work that goes into hosting these events in appreciation of our staff, and thank you to our dietary staff that work tirelessly to cook the main courses!

Friends and Family from our Memory Care Unit at Frostburg Rehab Center came together for a fun Friendsgiving event!

Frostburg Rehab Center hosted a Friendsgiving meal for residents and families to enjoy. Our dietary team did an awesome job preparing bread bowls with a choice of Broccoli Cheddar soup or Chili, pinwheel ham and turkey roll ups and gingerbread cake with lemon sauce. Residents and their family members dined and enjoyed fellowship together. Many smiles and compliments on the meal. Thank you to all of the staff that helped make this event special for our residents!
