Boundaries are important, and if we don’t know how to have boundaries, we will either completely shut others out or we will continue to be the yes man.
Here are some ways to maintain and set boundaries for yourself that are practical but at the same time, take work and PRACTICE.

A new era. ✨
While we loved “Naked With Socks”, it no longer fit us. It was difficult to let go, because NWS was our baby, and the podcast was a place where we shared our lives. It became a form of therapy.
We have outgrown those versions of ourselves, and while we honor those women- women who took a chance and put themselves out there, they no longer fully represent us. And that’s OKAY. GROWTH IS NECESSARY.
We are ecstatic to once again, get ourselves out there, share our hearts, and share our roadmap for living high vibe. 🤍✨

Living life at a high vibe is living life on the bright side.
Getting there is a process, especially if you are used to living in a low vibration. This term refers to being in a state that is characterized by negativity, fear, resentment, and overall emotional and spiritual disarray. There is a lack of self-care and judgement that is prevalent, whether on others or ourselves.
We are here to help you do the opposite, as we are learning to do this for ourselves. We are starving everyday to how practice and cultivate a state of being that is emotionally and spiritually vibrant. We know the benefits of living at a high vibration will only benefit our emotional wellbeing, improve our relationships encourage personal growth,-tract positive experiences, and dramatically change our health from the inside-out.
We cannot wait for you to join us on this journey of choosing to live high vibe. It’s a daily challenge and we are here to do it with you. ✨

✨Feeling >> Freezing

Freezing::: Freezing is a primal response our bodies default to when we sense danger or have been stuck in a hightened frequency of life stressors for far too long. Like an opossums who will freeze and play dead for several hours, after days or months of being stuck in “survival mode” or bodies will begin to freeze and shut down- physically and mentally. It’s a default coping mechanism most of us know far too well, and has served us well in the past getting through difficult situations. However, you can only stay in this Dorsal Vagal phase for so long before life starts to feel more & more unmanageable.

Feeling::: we must feel to heal. It’s that simple. Freezing only prolongs the process and may bring temporary relief but is not an effective long-term coping mechanism. We often try to push through the pain, distract ourselves from the problem, overthink, over work, anything we can do to avoid the hardest part, feeling. Once we identify the feeling, we can pinpoint the emotions, once we understand the emotion, we can accurately work on releasing those emotions in a more healthy proactive way. Feel all the feels, sit with those emotions, understand how they take a toll on your mind & body, then let it go and repeat.

Our feedback- freezing is for surviving, feeling is for healing.
