✨Transform Tuesday✨ Meet Alisa Scott!
My relationship with food has been a journey. Definitely a love hate situation. I used to yo yo a lot. When I gained it was bad and when I lost I would end up right back where I started. I finally hit a point where I just couldn’t do it anymore.
After being diagnosed with lupus in 2017, I knew I had to make a change. I have fears with this illness and the last thing I ever want is to become a burden to my husband one day.
Almost four years ago I joined Burn Boot Camp and it truly changed everything for me. I’ve stayed consistent about five days a week, found my people, and have trainers that push me in the best way.
Since last March I’ve lost 28 pounds and actually kept it off, which still shocks me.
I swear by Burn and will tell anyone about it. They always welcome me with open arms, even when I show up late like it’s part of my routine 😅
