The Center for Health & Sports Medicine is focused on developing long-term patient-physician relationships, built on a foundation of overall health and prevention. We combine the best practices in primary and preventative care, as well as exercise and sports medicine, to accommodate a range of care needs. With a goal focused approach toward total patient care, and a large scope of common medical s

ervices offered in the practice, we strive to provide our patients with a place they can call their medical home. Dr. Ross Osborn, a board certified physician in family and sports medicine, established the Center for Health & Sports Medicine in 2010. Dr Osborn has worked extensively in the community since 2006, and volunteers substantially in the surrounding areas, working with local recreational leagues and high schools. As our practice grows, we are continually adding new services for our patients, keeping as much of your care as centralized as it can be to continue to serve the Jacksonville location. We also have strong relationships with the best specialists in the area, some of which include Mayo Clinic, Precision Imaging, and Baptist Health.
