FHW is offering a $3,000 sign-on and retention incentive for the two full-time Resident Care Specialist/QMAP positions working in the FHW Memory Care.
The sign-on and retention incentive breakdown is as follows:
$1,000 with first check.
$500 at one year of service.
$500 at two years of service.
$1,000 at three years of service.
Qualified applicants must:
Be willing to obtain and maintain QMAP certification within six months of hire and demonstrate ability to follow QMAP procedure and CPR/First Aid Certification within 6 months of hire. Food Handlers Certification within 6 months of hire.
Be compassionate and caring to work with residents. Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Accept and utilize supervision.
Applicants must be over 18 years of age. Be able to work weekends and holidays. Require the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form. Require the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
