Lauren grew up in Kansas City, MO where she earned her Associate Degree in Therapeutic Massage in 2010 from Heritage College. Over the years, she has mainly worked in high-end spas and chiropractic offices. Her experience has cultivated a well-rounded approach to patient care by blending therapeutic, outcome-driven modalities addressing chronic pain and injuries along with relaxation techniques to
calm the body and mind. Each session with Lauren is tailored to the patient and their specific needs. She enjoys resolving imbalances in the body and intuitively works through the layers of tissues to find the root cause of pain and dysfunction in a relaxing, non-invasive way.
