Today, we are proud to shine the spotlight on Craig Trippett, Sales and Marketing Specialist. Craig is bridging the gap between national-scale resources and the high-touch, local service.

Beyond the Role:

Sunshine State Roots: A true Florida native, Craig was born and raised in Indian Rocks Beach.

Junior the Miniature Pinscher: When he isn’t out building partnerships, Craig is a dedicated dog lover. You’ll often find him spending quality time with his favorite sidekick, his Miniature Pinscher, Junior.

Faith & Creativity: Craig’s life and work are guided by the principle "Always GOD first." He carries this commitment to service into his community, where he serves as a lighting programmer for his church.

Downtime: On the weekends, Craig enjoys the simple pleasures of Florida living. You can usually find him catching the latest blockbuster at the movies or relaxing by the pool.

We are so grateful for Craig’s energy, his integrity, and his unwavering dedication to helping the IDD and HCBS communities.

We’re coming out of an incredible week at the 12th Annual CoAct Project Symposium feeling energized and inspired.

It was a privilege for Ricardo Ortega to join leaders from across the country in meaningful conversations shaping the future of care. From the powerful perspective of John and Mark Cronin of John’s Crazy Socks to Dr. Karyn Harvey’s insights on aging within the IDD population, each session reinforced the importance of thoughtful, person-centered support.

These conversations directly reflect our focus at Vitoria—continuing to strengthen a pharmacy platform that is responsive, adaptable, and built to support the individuals and teams we serve every day.

We are back from an inspiring week at the NY Alliance Leadership Conference! Our own Grace Gould hit the ground running—literally—completing her first-ever 5K fun run and reconnecting with longtime colleagues. We are also thrilled to announce our raffle winner: Emily Fisher with Heritage Christian Services!

A major highlight was the art showcase featuring hundreds of original pieces by local New York self-advocates. The creativity, perspective, and talent on display put the heart of inclusion front and center in a way that’s hard to put into words.
