I’m so excited to introduce the newest member of our collective, Andrea Louden.

Andrea is a Physician of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, a Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified Health Coach, and Reiki Level II.
Her philosophy is rooted in a fluid 80/20 lifestyle approach—nourishing the body with whole, living foods while leaving space for pleasure, intuition, and flow. She encourages daily practices of meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement as sacred rituals to reconnect with the self.

Andrea believes that healing is not just about removing symptoms—it’s about coming home to who you truly are. She holds space for each client to awaken their own inner healer, reminding them that the answers they seek are already within. Above all, she honors the power of self-trust, and encourages every soul she works with to become an empowered steward of their own health and energy.
