Happy Labor Day… but let’s be real — breastfeeding moms don’t exactly get the day off 😅

Did you know? 🤯

Breastfeeding in the first year takes around 1,800 hours. That’s basically a full-time job (with lots of overtime)… and no PTO.

So if you’re nursing, pumping, or washing parts today — consider this your official recognition: YOU are working one of the hardest jobs out there. 💪

Cluster feeding can feel endless… but it’s actually a good thing and isn’t a problem that needs to be solved.

Your baby’s frequent feeds are their way of telling your body: “Hey mama, let’s make more milk!”

Breastmilk production is drive by supply and demand, so when your baby puts in more demand —> supply goes up!

Here’s what to remember during those marathon evenings:
• Your supply is likely just fine
• It often happens during growth spurts
• Skin-to-skin + settling in = your best friends
