Hi! I host sound baths in Fullerton. I wanted to share a hiddle detial that I incorporate at my sign in table. I always have picture of my younger self as an ode to my inner child. This picture was taken at my Babu’s (grandma’s) house. The picture reminds me of my beautiful creative and loving energy that I had at that age. As I got older, I really hid that side of myself with perfectionist tendencies that clouded my self expression and joy. Sound healing has been such a light for my inner child. It has reconnected myself with my inner child and intution as I use them both as I flow through my practice.
