At High Hopes Counseling, feelings matter. Therapy helps us figure out a new perspective on life, and that means helping others to find themselves. We put a board up recently to have our clients express our emotions, and we prove it to be great 😊 What do you think of our board?

We’re so excited to share that High Hopes Counseling has been selected as a Breakaway Fund recipient from the Samueli Foundation! 🎉
We were awarded $100,000 to purchase a vehicle for OC on the Go, allowing us to go into the community to provide mental health support and increase access to services across Orange County. 
We’re incredibly grateful—and can’t wait to share our journey with you!

Whether or not you’re going through something right now, it’s best not to overthink. Overthinking makes people worry too much and then they end up, not needing to stress at all sometimes. We should learn how to love and understand ourselves more than what we think the other party should think. Thank you 💗💗💗
