In honor of mental health awareness month we are asking our parents to let our kids be free of all social media and to reduce screen time significantly other than for school, approved movies or tv shows. Pediatricians do not recommend any social media under the age of 16, some say 18. There is a reason for it and mental health is one of those reasons.
It can be your own household experiment 😊 we promise it will make a positive impact.
