Throughout the month of October, St. Juliana Falconieri School hosted a t-shirt fundraiser to support breast cancer care at Providence St. Jude's Crosson Cancer Institute.

To celebrate their hard work, St. Juliana invited the Providence St. Jude Memorial Foundation and Medical Center leadership to their campus for a special check presentation.

We had so much fun joining them for their morning assembly and singing along to their Christmas carols! 🎄🎶

We thank St. Juliana for their continued partnership with Providence St. Jude and their commitment to giving back to their community!

Recently, we had the honor of welcoming back our cherished emeritus physicians to our beloved Medical Center for a reunion at the 2025 Emeritus Physician Luncheon. It was a joy to reconnect with old friends and celebrate Providence St. Jude's rich history.

A special highlight of the luncheon was surprising Dr. Michael Sugarman with the Legacy Milestone Award. As a founding father and steadfast supporter of our Medical Center, Dr. Sugarman inspired the audience with a personal testimony on his philanthropic support of the Medical Center - demonstrating how his service extends beyond patient care to making sure his medical home has the resources it needs to thrive for future generations to come.

Thank you to emcee Dr. Stewart Shanfield for graciously welcoming our emeritus physicians back. We would also like to thank Dr. Kevin Khajavi for his engaging presentation on A New Era in Orthopedics.

Dr. Bildzukewicz embodies this spirit of generosity and leadership, dedicating himself to initiatives that uplift our community and strengthen our ability to provide exceptional care. Join us in congratulating him on this well-deserved recognition!

🚀The future of surgery and healthcare came to life at our recent Technology, Innovation, and Compassion Physician Panel where we discussed the latest developments in robotic surgery and technology at Providence St. Jude Medical Center.

A special feature of the evening was the latest da Vinci 5 surgical system, where guests had the unique opportunity to take it for a test run! This marvel of robotics will revolutionize surgery with key improvements like the introduction of force feedback technology, improved 3D imaging, and enhanced ergonomics for surgeons. For patients, access to these technologies means minimally invasive procedures, less pain, and significantly faster recovery time.

Generous donors enabled Providence St. Jude to acquire the previous generation da Vinci systems, and many of them attended this special event to see what could be in store for the future.
