Mamas de Garnet started back in 2014 and has been growing since! Meeting Monday-Friday, mothers from the Garnet community participate in activities ranging from group therapy, to bible study, to embroidery. Our community is on the front lines of a mental health crisis and too many families are carrying trauma, fear, and uncertainty without support.
When Isabella joined Mamas de Garnet, she learned something she’d never allowed herself to believe: she mattered too. This healing helped her become more present, and it changed her whole family.
Mental health care shouldn’t be a luxury. That’s why we’re working to expand mental health support to entire families across our programs. A year-end gift helps make healing without stigma possible.
