After 40+ years of dermatological excellence, we celebrate Dr. David J. Sire’s remarkable career and wish him well in his retirement.

Dr. Sire has been a pillar of our Orange County community, advancing dermatological care through innovation, education, and compassionate patient treatment. His pioneering work in acne scar treatments and laser therapies has influenced practitioners nationwide.

Beyond his clinical expertise, Dr. Sire has shaped the field through published research, medical conference lectures, and mentoring fellow physicians. His comprehensive approach to pediatric, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology has set the gold standard for patient care.

Dr. Sire’s final day seeing patients is October 14, 2025. While we’ll miss his expertise and dedication, his legacy will continue to benefit patients and practitioners for years to come.
