Your story matters.
Your healing matters.
And your courage to keep showing up—even on the hard days—is a powerful act of self-love. 💛

Let’s honor the strength it takes to be vulnerable, to grow, and to seek support when needed.

🧠💬 How are you taking care of your mental health this week?

Disorganized attachment can feel like being stuck in emotional limbo.
You crave connection—but the moment it feels too close, your nervous system says: “Danger.”

This push-pull dynamic isn’t about being “too much” or “not enough”—it’s a response to early relationships that were both loving and unpredictable. 💔

If you relate to feeling overwhelmed in love, fearing abandonment and intimacy at the same time, you’re not broken.
You’re protecting yourself in the best way you know how.

💡 Healing starts with awareness, safety, and learning that love doesn’t have to hurt to be real.
You can unlearn survival patterns and move toward secure, stable connection—at your own pace. 💛

In s*x therapy, we talk a lot about safety—not to limit pleasure, but to deepen it.

When you feel emotionally and physically safe with yourself and your partner(s), pleasure stops being performative and becomes deeply connected.

This is your reminder:
Pleasure is your birthright.
Healing can feel good.
And intimacy can be both tender and wild.

Avoidant attachment isn’t about being cold or heartless—it’s about protection.

If you’ve learned to rely only on yourself, keep people at a distance, or feel overwhelmed by emotional closeness… it might be avoidant attachment at work.

✨ The truth?
Avoidantly attached folks are often thoughtful, independent, and strong—but also silently longing for connection they’ve been taught not to trust.

Healing means learning that intimacy doesn’t have to mean losing your autonomy.
You don’t have to choose between closeness and independence—you’re allowed to have both.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Mental health is just as important as physical health—but it’s often overlooked or misunderstood. This month, let’s work together to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and remind each other: it’s okay to ask for help.

✨ You are not alone.
✨ You are worthy of support.
✨ Your mental health matters—today and every day.

What’s one way you take care of your mental health?

💚

Anxious attachment isn’t about being “too much” — it’s about wanting emotional safety and connection.

People with anxious attachment often have incredible strengths: deep empathy, emotional awareness, and fierce loyalty to those they love.

But it can also come with challenges, like fear of abandonment, overthinking, and struggles with self-soothing.

You are not broken — you’ve adapted to what you needed to survive.

And the good news? With awareness and healing relationships, you can move toward secure connection.
Your feelings are valid. Your healing is possible.

Secure Attachment is often the goal in therapy—and for good reason. It’s about feeling safe in connection and confident in yourself. In therapy, we’re not trying to make you perfect—we’re helping you build emotional safety, unlearn survival patterns, and move toward more ease and connection with relationships. You’re not broken. You’re becoming secure, safe, and self-trusting— at your own pace.

Today we celebrate the pets who show up for us in the most unconditional ways. Whether they’re curled up beside you during a tough moment or simply reminding you to go outside and take a break they are quiet (and sometimes loud) reminders that we’re not alone. Tell me what some of your pets have taught you about love, patience, or healing? 🧠
