I am excited here at Spine and Body Chiropractic to be able to give back to our communities again.
Next week Dr Taylor will be donating chiropractic services as well as chaperoning massage and chiropractic students volunteering their time to Veterans in Law Enforcement.
You can’t out a price on giving back. This was something I did tons of thru my college years and now,
IM GETTING BACK, TO GIVING BACK! 👨🏻‍⚕️🤲

IF YOU are in an occupation or business that you believe can contribute wonderful services or products to our veteran’s and officers. We would love your donated time and products to raffle away.
There is even room to set up booths to promote business and services at NO COST!

Another year another tour.
What an adventure working with the World renowned Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
I Started a decade ago as a volunteer massage therapist, and if you’re like me you know volunteering opens new doors and it sure did for me.
Last year I worked with them as their doctor of chiropractic for the Los Angeles portion of their North American Tour. Working with such talented athletes and performers is such a valuable fun experience for me. It really is an honor!
In one week I’m back stage again at the Dorthy Chandler Pavilion in DTLA providing the care I provide for all my patients to the dancers of AAADT.
So next time you are looking for effective result driven chiropractic care, think of me and the level of expertise I can bring to the table (literally!) for you and your loved ones.

Chiropractic is such a wonderful way to stay on top of your health and prevent future injury and pain. With me, Dr Taylor, I will educate you on your bodies presentation. Where you are restricted most, where you are weak most, where your joints are out of place, and how your curvatures may be affecting your spinal function. My treatments are extensive, providing a variety of therapies Including spinal decompression, flexion distraction (fancy way to say we are decompressing with movement), E-stimulation, deep heat, soft tissue therapy, infra red therapy, and FULL Spine and Body adjustments!
If it’s a joint, I can adjust it!
I don’t leave you empty handed, you will leave with aromatherapy treatment to open and heal your airways, and topical creams to continue the feel great sensations. I education you on lifestyle modifications such as sleeping positions, walking ergonomics, dietary practices and more. I make sure to give you specific exercises to continue your HEALING JOURNEY outside of the office.
This is teamwork and together, we can get you feeling like a youthful, healthy, thriving, individual again!
