Did you know there are LEVELS of BURNOUT? Where might you be? ⬇️

Each stage influences cortisol levels, neurotransmitters, hormone and metabolism differently, and the higher the level of stress—the more support your body will need to recover.

☄️1️⃣ ALERT AF! This is tapping into your inner boss babe that wants to get s**t done and slay those deadlines. Hello cortisol & adrenaline! FYI, this stage might actually feel temporarily good, & go unnoticed, but being here for too long can eventually lead to LEVEL 2...

☄️2️⃣ PUSHING THROUGH! That wired yet tired feeling that you can’t seem to shake. Your body has been under stress for some time & it’s harder to fight fatigue and get into deep rest now. This can look like afternoon energy crashes, trouble falling/staying asleep, body aches, and coffee pot dependency.

☄️3️⃣ FEELING DEFEAT! You’re anxiously pushing through, but keep hitting a wall. It’s harder to shake off morning fatigue, brain fog, irritability, there’s poor muscle recovery (aches/pains), crashing after exercise, salt/sugar cravings. Coffee doesn’t even seem to do anything!

☄️4️⃣ EXHAUSTED AF! Getting through the day is an uphill battle & you feel numb. Symptoms can look like heart palpitations, dizziness, hair loss, weight gain (esp the “stress belly”), and anxiety/depression as cortisol output and neurotransmitters have now tanked due to chronically high cortisol stress.

In the next post, I’ll discuss what BURNOUT looks like on a mineral level! I am able to tell what stage of BURNOUT someone is in by their mineral depletions & patterns, as the body burns through nutrient reserves to cope…

Did you ever learn how to properly track your CM?

I know I didn’t learn about this info until much later! And it probably would’ve been helpful to start cycle syncing earlier as early as possible + understand more about fertile window. Can you relate?

Cervical Mucus (CM) is a vital health sign that can reveal fertility status, while also letting you know how your hormones are doing!

Our cycles & bodies are full of wisdom. And tracking your Cervical Mucus is actually far more accurate than ONLY relying on an app 😉

The purpose of Cervical Mucus is to keep s***m alive in reproductive tract and then transport it to the egg…

This is good stuff to know whether you’re TTC and achieve pregnancy🤰, OR if you’d like to prevent it with a barrier method🙅‍♀️ or skip it.

Red flags 🚩 to look out for 👀 that indicate deeper support is needed:

🚩Not noticing the presence of cervical mucus
🚩Feeling high pain with ovulation
🚩Mid-cycle spotting
🚩Noticing you have a luteal phase that is shorter than 11 days
🚩If your cycle length is less than 25 days, or longer than 34 days

Part of the problem might be that you’re not ovulating regularly. Ovulation is the MAIN event of a woman’s cycle, and it’s an area that often gets overlooked with women’s health…

But ovulation is kinda a BIG deal!

The absence of ovulation can impact mood, energy, fertility, and lead to MAJOR health challenges down the road, so it’s something you definitely don’t want to ignore ❌

Trying to conceive? It seems like OPK kits and basic apps are the norm for couples tracking fertility these days. I’m not saying these tools aren’t at all useful, but using them alone and without Basal Body Thermometer (BBT) charting & observing cervical mucus (CM) signals… is like panning for gold without a treasure map🗺️

SO MUCH GOLD IS BEING MISSED!

Knowing what’s happening in the lead up to ovulation, and what follows ovulation is just as important (if not more!) than pinpointing that ovulatory peak🏔️

Many women are missing out on knowing when their fertile window is happening, or whether their progesterone levels are in an optimal place to support implantation & pregnancy…

WANNA KNOW A SECRET?💧

Most people are drinking tap water from their fridge dispenser and assuming that their fridge filter is enough… I wish.

In reality fridge filters only cancel out chlorine from tap water, leaving behind heavy metals, PFAs, chemicals, waterborne bacteria, and more… 🤢

Over time, many of these toxins can accumulate in the body/liver to the point of disrupting our hormones, slowing metabolism, & altering gut health

I wish refrigerators came with this disclaimer !!! 😡

I discovered that my tap water in my hometown contains about 15 contaminants that exceed upper limits…with arsenic being a top exposure ☠️

What the heck is a chemical like arsenic that is typically found in rat poison & ci******es doing in my tap water supply? Who knows!! 🤷🏻‍♀️ But I’m glad I’m aware of it bc it inspired my family & I to install a filter to our sink. I now comfortably use my sink water for drinking/cooking water and baby bottles🍼
