💥Million Dollar Breakfast Idea💥
I am only posting this crazy blurry photo bc I want it to live forever in my feed so everyone knows when I made it big as a food influencer 😂 But for reals, if you have kids especially: Popsicle Yogurt!
I was doing a freezer clean out and found some homemade popsicles. Rather than toss them I thought I’d defrost them overnight and add them to yogurt for something different. THEN I thought, I’ll have the kids help me - BINGO. This morning they saw me mix the melted popsicles into plain yogurt and immediacy lit up saying “we’re having popsicles for breakfast!?” Yes, kids, yes we are 😎
The popsicles were various berries and bananas mixed with coconut water and frozen. So nothing crazy but THEY think they are dessert. Add toppings and oh man, minds are blown! So here’s what you do:
1. Make popsicles out of fruit and coconut water. Forget about them for 6 months 😂😂😂
2. Enlist children to help defrost them so they know they were popsicles the next day.
3. Mix melted popsicles with plain Greek yogurt (protein), flax seed (omegas and fiber) and top with crushed nuts (fat & protein) and some keto granola like , and more fruit if desired.
4. Get ready for kid enthusiasm & full tummies while enjoying your own dessert for breakfast that keeps blood sugar in ✅
