The goal of Fullerton Neurology and Headache Center is to treat every patient with dignity and compassion. We understand that patients may have fears and anxieties about their symptoms. Neurological disorders may be chronic and not be curable but are always treatable. We will answer your questions and address your concerns patiently. We will communicate with your doctors and give you a written summary of your visit and a plan of action. We answer our phones Monday-Friday, 7:30am-12 noon/1:00pm -4:30pm. We have an after-hours answering service for urgent needs. We participate in many insurance plans, including Medicare and select PPO and HMO panels. Please discuss your insurance / financial situation when making an appointment as some plans may require prior authorization or are considered out-of-network, resulting in increased patient financial responsibility. Please feel free to contact any member of our staff for additional information.
