Busy parents — this one's worth reading. 🙌
We all know exercise is important. But a new study suggests that when you work out could actually change your health outcomes in a big way.
Researchers tracked 14,000+ adults using real wearable data (not just "yeah I worked out" self-reporting 😄) and found that people who exercised in the morning consistently had:
✅ 35% lower obesity rates
✅ 31% lower risk of heart disease
✅ 30% lower risk of Type 2 diabetes
✅ Better cholesterol & blood pressure numbers
And the best part? These results showed up regardless of how much they were exercising total. It was the timing that made the difference.
For parents especially, mornings have one huge advantage — nobody has wrecked your plans yet. 😂 Once the day gets going, it gets gone.
You don't need a huge time block. A 20-minute walk. A quick circuit before the kids wake up. Something small, done consistently, earlier in the day.
