💪 Want results that last? Let’s turn your goals into reality!
When I began my fitness journey, I trained for a 10K and hired a personal trainer to help me build muscle. Unfortunately, I ended up wasting time and money on a trainer who wasn’t a good fit. To avoid making the same mistake, ask yourself these questions when interviewing potential personal trainers:
👉 Did they share results from clients with similar goals and starting points?
Plenty of people call themselves “personal trainers,” but true professionals can show you a portfolio of their success stories.
👉 Did they ask detailed questions about my goals?
Many clients tell me they want to lose weight, but I dig deeper. How much weight do they want to lose? When was the last time they were at their goal weight?
👉 Did they ask me what success looks like for me?
Success looks different for everyone. Some clients care about how their clothes fit, others about their confidence in front of the mirror, and some focus on the number on the scale.
👉 Did they ask about my current nutrition and exercise habits?
Training someone who is just starting their journey is very different from working with someone who’s been making progress for six months. A good trainer tailors their approach to where you are right now.
These questions will help you find the trainer who’s right for you!
At Blue Eagle Fitness & Nutrition, results aren’t just possible—they’re guaranteed when you show up and trust the process. 💙
