As we bid goodbye to 2024, and the highs and lows of the last year, I’m grateful for the beautiful memories made in 2024 and I’m equally grateful for the disappointments. The lessons are always in the disappointments. I like to set intentions each year and this is my mantra for 2025:

1. Prioritize people who prioritize you.
2. Do at least one good thing for your mind, body and spirit every day.
3. Surround yourself with spirited people.
4. Do more things that bring you joy 💕
5. Utilize “no” as often as you need to in order to protect your peace.
6. Avoid drama and people /things that drain you.
7. Be of service to others.
8. Choose to be a light even in the darkness.
9. Focus on what you DO want instead of what you don’t.
10. Find something to be grateful for every single day.
