The office will have a flu clinic on Saturday, October 18th from 8:30am - 12:00pm.

*These appts will be for influenza vaccines ONLY, other vaccines will need to be during regular business hours due to time efficiency, NYSIIS & insurance.

*You must call ahead for an appt, no walk ins due to insurance and limited ability on weekends.

*The child(ren) must come with a parent or individual that is already on your child’s chart to bring them in for visits.

*Insurance will be checked when the appt is made due to limited staff on weekends.

If this works well for flu vaccines, we will have more Saturday appt availability. Please continue to check back on Facebook for updates!

& yes, there have already been positive flu cases amongst the children 👀 🤒
Flu Clinic Days for the office will be Friday, 09/26/2025 & Friday, 10/03/2025.
Please call the office to make an appointment for your child(ren) @ 315-598-6785.
***Remember that any children under the age of 18 will need an adult PRESENT to sign for vaccines (that is on HIPPA or a form allowing an adult bringing the child to their appt).***

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist for a very busy pediatric office to join our team. Pay is negotiable upon experience.

Responsibilities:
Checking in patients, checking insurances, verifying phone numbers, address, pharmacy and insurance.
Answering phones, triaging physicians and nurses
Scheduling appointments
Checking inbound faxes and sending faxes

Requirements:
Being able to be a team player with coworkers
Multitasking abilities
On time & reliable
Prior medical office work preferred but not required
Proficiency in Medent EMR preferred but not required
