We’re excited to share that from time to time, we offer 8-week Circle of Security Parenting Classes and Support—a program designed to help caregivers strengthen their relationships with their children.

Circle of Security focuses on fostering safe, caring, and supportive connections by helping parents better understand their child’s emotional needs, build confidence in their parenting, and create strong foundations for lifelong attachment and growth. We love being able to support families in creating nurturing environments where children can thrive.

Follow along on our social media pages to stay informed about Circle of Security opportunities as they arise. We look forward to sharing more opportunities to learn, grow, and connect together.

If you're outside shoveling or sledding, layer up and watch out for frostbite!

Severe signs, like numbness, blistering or blackening skin, mean you need to call 911 right away. Otherwise, you can treat frostbite at home by:

- Removing any wet clothing or jewelry from the affected area.
- Rewarming the area by immersing it in warm water until normal color and warmth return.
- Avoiding breaking any blisters.
- Loosely bandaging the area with a dry, sterile bandage.
