When I started this page the goal was to not only advertise but to share knowledge and parenting experience. The advertising has gone great. I try to share lots of local resources and events but I’m not sure that I’ve hit the mark with education or experience.
I would like to engage with you all more in that aspect.

About Hand to Hold®
Hand to Hold is a national nonprofit 501(c)(3) that is dedicated to providing early intervention mental health support, education and community to parents who have had children in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or have experienced the loss of a baby. Hand to Hold is removing barriers for support by growing a hybrid model of in-person and virtual support in service to their mission. Hand to Hold provided 111,402 sessions of support to NICU parents in 2024, and your support will help us reach our goal of 125,000 sessions of support in 2025.

Support is provided in English or Spanish to parents at no cost to families, and all support is designed with the emotional, physical and social needs of the NICU parent in mind. For more information, visit HandToHold.org.

♥️This Month We Are Celebrating 10 Years!! ♥️

10 years of walking alongside incredible families as they bring new life into the world. From the first positive test, to the first breath of a newborn, into the first steps of parenthood, I’ve been privileged to witness the strength, love, and resilience of so many families.

Thank you to all the parents who trusted me to be a part of your journey. Every birth, every story, every moment has been an heartfelt honor. I’ve learned, laughed, and cried tears of joy with you all. Your trust, your stories, and your journeys have shaped me in ways I could never have imagined.

Here’s to the next chapter of this amazing journey — supporting more families, creating more memories, and continuing to honor the birth experience.

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your most precious moments.

Something I will continue to study is always going to be infant chiropractic care and cranial work and their impact on breastfeeding. It is fascinating to see the direct correlation of the cranium, spine, and cranial nerves on feeding and the almost immediate change that we often see🤱 If you need support with nursing, bottle feeding, pumping, or weaning please let me know!
