I used to be afraid to let women into my life because I had a Sister wound that stemmed from generations of women competing and turning against each other.

I was afraid of being judged, cheated, and deceived by other women until I recognized that this conditioning was not my own.

I see the collective Sister Wound healing in our community as we come together to support each other and it is so powerful!

We need each other to Activate & Elevate to greater heights!

When I first met Anistara Ma Kandice, I will admit, that old competitive tendency arose in me. Here was a woman that was doing all of the things I was called to do. My inner critic said, "Who am I to think I can help Unify and heal the world?"

That fear quickly dissipated as Anistara embraced our joint vision and collaborated with me to unify our dreams and support each other.

She has become my mentor, sharing her years of experience to activate and inspire me.

My dream is that all women allow this kind of support into their lives.

The sister wound runs deep and I often see women turn down support from other women because they simply don't trust women.

If you are afraid to let women in, I encourage you to move through that fear and open that door. I promise you, we are here waiting with open arms to lift you up.

Have you heard about light body activation?

I am fascinated by this evolution in mind, body, and soul. 💗

My Story

Before February 2018, I found myself overweight, stressed out, and unmotivated. I was dissatisfied with outside circumstances and I was waiting for things to change before I considered changing myself. At this very low point in my life, I decided it was time to feel good inside myself no matter what. I began to meditate, pray and asked the Universe for guidance.

Positive changes came quickly as support flowed in from unexpected places. This support came in the form of inspirational books and people, simple cleanses, essential oils, the ketogenic diet, meditations, women’s gatherings, and my very own personal health coach. Transformation came naturally as I strengthen my spiritual connection and gained a positive perspective of myself and the world around me. Now I have lost a total of 40 pounds and I am living a blissful life that continues to expand and grow.

Inspiration grew as other’s wanted to join me on this journey. I heard the calling to teach the very tools I used to allow well-being to flow. I answered the call and became a Healing Empowerment Coach.
