* The Rural health clinic is open Monday – Thursday, 9am-5pm.
* Jack Wenkel PA is on Military Duty until the end of May, and Dr. Islam is following his patients.
* Call 573-642-5338 to schedule an appointment.
* We are accepting walk-ins but prefer Scheduled Appointments.
* Prescription Refill Requests can be faxed to 573-642-9224
* Billing or Medical Record requests can be called to the hospital line at 573-642-3376.

The phone number patients can call to request medical records for the Callaway Community Hospital is 573-642-3376.

The billing and medical records office personnel are onsite and will return calls M-F 8am - 4pm. If you can’t reach us during the days and times mentioned, please leave us a message, and someone will call you back the following business day. (M-F)

Providers who immediately need access to patient records are instructed to fax a signed medical records request to 888-539-7699.

Effectively immediately, the Audrain Community Hospital and the Callaway Community Hospital will be temporarily limiting services because of an IT issue, effective immediately.. Inpatient admissions will be stopped and EMS services will be diverted.

We’re prioritizing patient care above all else. Please know we’re working tirelessly to address this issue. We ask for your patience and understanding. We will let the community know once inpatient admissions and EMS services are reinstated.
