On Friday March 13 we had the pleasure of having some individuals from Arise come in to do job shadowing with the employees here.
What a great pleasure it was as well as a great experience for them all to spend time with all of our residents here who truly enjoyed all their friendly visits and help they gave.

Meet Katie Paternoster, Care Manager at The Maples! Katie has been part of our team for about 9½ months and brings compassion and dedication to the residents she cares for every day.

Katie was inspired to work in assisted living after helping care for her great-grandmother, an experience that showed her how meaningful patience, compassion, and quality care can be. She especially enjoys the relationships she builds with residents, listening to their stories and helping make their days a little easier.

💡 Fun fact: Katie admits she’s afraid of deep water!

Outside of work, she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.
